Feeling grateful can be challenging, especially when you’re aware of the benefits but can’t connect with the emotion. Start by practicing gratitude journaling—write down three things you appreciate each day, no matter how small. This can help shift your focus. Try to engage in mindfulness, allowing yourself to be present with your feelings without judgment. Over time, these rituals can help cultivate a deeper sense of gratitude, making it easier to feel and express appreciation in your daily life.

Gratitude can be hard when a lot of things pile up, a few ways to be grateful about the bare minimum: I’m grateful to wake up & have something available to eat or drink, I’m grateful for safety (in anything you like: travels, at home, etc);; eventually you can feel it foreal, but until then the bare minimum, just thinking that you are helps a lot to get there; hope this helps!
