How does everyone else practice being grateful? I feel like it’s so difficult for me up consciously remember to look for it. I know it will be like that until my mindset fully changes, and then it will become more natural.

Practicing gratitude can be challenging, especially when trying to shift your mindset. Start small by incorporating a daily gratitude ritual, such as writing down three things you’re thankful for each evening. This simple habit can help train your mind to recognize positive aspects of your life. Consider setting reminders or pairing this practice with another routine, like your morning coffee. Over time, these rituals will make gratitude feel more natural and effortless.

I think there are always things to be grateful for. When I think back on my day and can’t find gratitude, then I’m grateful that I woke up this morning. I think if you can just start with being grateful for that you’ll find gratitude in other things too.

All I do is the first thing when my eyes open up in the morning is say one thing I was grateful for from the day before and then I can look forward to many more grateful moments in my days to come.

I like to just list 3 things I’m grateful for, and sometimes it’s something as simple as the warmth of my bed, or a roof over my head. It doesn’t need to be grandiose, just real!

Think of it as working out. Like it is a muscle in your brain. It needs training overtime. For example, you can start a gratitude journal, and write down at least 3 things you’re grateful for. You do this every day, you’re already training yourself to do it. In half a year you’ll probably do it automatically
