How do you remain grateful after a hard day

Even if I have the time to ponder over this question means that I have the resources and mental flexibility to ponder upon it .Some people are constantly in flight or fight mode and can’t earn food and water to survive.
I’m grateful I don’t have to look behind my shoulder every moment.
