How do you find new things to be grateful bout in boring days where you don’t really do things?

Finding gratitude on boring days can be a powerful practice. Start by observing the small details around you—perhaps the comfort of your favorite chair, the warmth of sunlight, or a quiet moment of reflection. Keep a gratitude journal and jot down at least three things you appreciate each day, no matter how mundane they may seem. This practice will help you cultivate a mindset of appreciation, turning even the most uneventful days into opportunities for growth and contentment.

I look for basics to be grateful for waking up, having a roof over my head, a working phone, or someone checking in on me. Small things still count.

i feel like it’s always important to be looking for gratitude throughout the day even when it’s a boring one. whether it’s finding a new morning drink i like or new flowers blooming in the yard. gratitude doesn’t have to come from material things you have or see either it can be realizing you went the whole day without any self criticism or you made a decision without second guessing yourself. once you start looking for them there are things to be grateful for everywhere.

By being present in the moment I am able to focus on my surroundings and my self. I may be home all day, but this is a reminder that I have a home, I have shelter, I have the things I need. Being present allows us to observe.

I just look around at the life I have built for myself. The new home I bought with my wonderful husband Ryan. My pretty cat Francine. I look at the things that my life has amounted to. I find gratefulness in the sun shining the birds outside my windows chirping. And that I am well on my way to becoming a wonderful mother.

II don’t know , I just look into the sky 🌌 how peaceful it is! I think when you look around you you’ll see even if it is just a cup of water 💧

Simply by reflecting the good small or big things around you, see around you you will always find things to be grateful about it.
