I found some gratitude meditations around 10mins long on Spotify and YouTube; I listen to these before I sleep and complete both my meditation and gratitude goals in one!

We can make being grateful take longer by elaborating on the beautiful details of the moment. Really taking yourself back to the moment and breathing in the good feeling. Writing it down in a long and proper way will extend it also, as we improve ourselves more in learning just the right good vocabulary.
I get all warm and fuzzy just looking forward to writing my next gratitude entry. I guess that means I will be more focused on seeking only the good in people. Ideal. I was beginning to lose faith in humanity.

I don’t feel it’s as much about it needing to take 10 minutes, but that it’s more about creating a daily habit of genuinely acknowledging and expressing gratitude. I spend a few minutes every morning thanking the Universe for keeping my family and my doggos safe, happy, and healthy, helping me leave others better than I found them, reminding me to be kind, compassionate, and patient with others, the ability to provide for my family, etc. It doesn’t take 10 minutes, probably only 3-4; in fact, I usually do this while I’m showering, having my coffee, or otherwise getting ready for my day. The point is, whether it takes 3 minutes, 10 minutes, or half an hour, I feel and express genuine gratitude and it’s a habit that’s become ingrained in me over the last three years. Others might choose to spend those 10 minutes to sit in quiet reflection of what they’re grateful for, others might spend some time expressing gratitude by journaling, some might call or text someone to express gratitude for that person or maybe for something they did, others might pray, and others might do it yet another way. There are countless ways to do it and it can be as tailored to the individual as they wish. I feel the 10 minutes suggested by Fabulous is more of a guideline than a hard and fast “rule.” Like I said, the point is for you to get in the habit of doing it. Just do what feels comfortable and natural for YOU! Hope this helps!😊
