Does anyone have any make ahead egg breakfast suggestions?

I takes a pics from a bread and cut out a heart in the middle of the bread. Then do I take wiped egg and some cutted vegetables. And put it inside the heart in the bread, frying it for some minutes and done🧚🏼♀️
