Do you find a physical gratitude journal better than a virtual one (on your phone)?
Both physical and virtual gratitude journals have their unique benefits. A physical journal can enhance mindfulness and create a tangible ritual, while a virtual one offers convenience and accessibility. The key is to choose the format that resonates most with you and supports your daily routine. Experiment with both to see which helps you cultivate a lasting habit of gratitude more effectively. Remember, the goal is to create meaningful rituals that align with your lifestyle and enhance your well-being.
