Can you learn to be more grateful for others growth around you more so then your jealousy over others.?
Absolutely, you can learn to be more grateful for the growth of others instead of feeling jealousy. Start by practicing gratitude daily—reflect on what you appreciate about others and their achievements. Create a ritual, such as journaling or sharing positive thoughts with friends, to cultivate this mindset. Over time, these habits can shift your perspective, helping you celebrate others’ successes while fostering your own growth. Remember, gratitude is a powerful tool that enhances well-being and strengthens relationships.
That’s a tough one, and involves self- love as well as love of others. I have experienced jealousy of people I’m not close with but also comfort in the growth and flourishing of loved ones. Ideally one would live everyone but I can only speak of my own lived experience.
