Can you give me more examples about minor things to be grateful for?
Absolutely! Being grateful for minor things can significantly enhance your well-being. Consider appreciating the warmth of sunlight on your skin, the taste of your favorite beverage, or a kind smile from a stranger. You can also be grateful for a good book, a comfortable chair, or the sound of birds chirping. These small moments can create meaningful daily rituals and help you cultivate a habit of gratitude, leading to a more positive mindset and healthier routines.
You can be greatful for yourself when you manage to wake up earlier and do some excersice in the morning. Or the food that you prepared last night.

You do not fall asleep while working. You feel strong at the end of the working day. Your mate makes you laugh. Almost everything is magic you will understand that when you are sick for a long enough period of time
I think we often take waking up for granted, there’s people that take their last breath without even knowing it. So everyday is a day to be grateful for
That is a great question because I’m struggling with that too haha. I’m still growing in that area too. I actually started following @SoElleGirls on YouTube, and they have a shorts series they do where they talk about silly and random things to be grateful for, and it’s so fun. I would definitely check them out for some more inspo, but here’s some more examples. The feeling of laying on clean sheets or laying in your bed after a long day, when your pen glides across your paper really nicely, someone smiling at you in pubic, hearing a song you like on the radio unexpectedly, remembering something you thought you’d forgotten, a calm car ride to work with no traffic, getting something done that you’ve been putting off, stretching/popping your back after sitting in the same position for a while, the quiet peace of early morning, your heart beating without you having to think about it lol, eyes that let you see beautiful colors and things, a space that’s yours even if it’s just a small corner, a funny thought that makes you laugh, noticing a growth in how you respond to something, having Internet access, being able to listen to your favorite songs at the clock of a button, finishing a task no matter how small (literally the other day I threw away a small box I’ve been meaning to throw away for a while, and gave myself a high five and allowed myself to feel grateful to myself for doing it - even if you think it’s silly, do little things like that and show gratitude to yourself for things like that because that’s what keeps you going, that’s how you can show up for yourself). I hope these match what you were looking for! I have an Instagram where I would love to talk more since we’re both kind of going on the same journey here (@nerdy_phangirl). You absolutely don’t have to follow or reach out, but it might be fun for us to have someone working on the same thing and growing in the same ways to rely on! If you do, just let me know you’re from Fabulous💛 No matter what, you’ve got this, and I’m so proud of both of us for trying to grow! ✨

A pet. A long talk with your loved ones. A hug from someone. Getting up in time in the morning or the joy when you finish a projekt. These all are minor things that noone think about and these are worth celebrating.
