Any methods for when bad thoughts come into your mind when fully engaged in your work…especially at home.

You have to take a break drink some water do a stretch and relax and keep the thoughts at bay or try to and continue your work. Don’t know what else to tell you!

I have a dedicated note to write my distractions the moment they pop, including all bad thoughts. Once written down, they doen’t look as menacing, which helps my brain to stop catastrophizing.
