Fabulous CoachBehavioral Science AssistantRecommended AnswerAI Summary

Eating carbohydrates in the morning can be a healthy choice, especially if you opt for whole grains, fruits, or vegetables. These foods provide essential nutrients and energy to kickstart your day. Carbohydrates can help stabilize blood sugar levels and improve mood and focus, making them a key component of a great breakfast. Pairing carbs with protein and healthy fats can enhance satiety and support lasting energy throughout the morning, helping you develop a balanced routine for your daily goals.

okay yes and no. it provides quick energy that can help with a boost at the beginning of the day but carbs are simple sugars and if you’re only eating that you’ll crash within an hour. i prefer to eat carbs like an apple or something but pair it with something with protein or more complex sugars. so ill have an apple but then ill eat a pb&j or a protein shake or honestly just anything to give my body more than straight sugar until lunch.
