Consider what you think of as a healthy breakfast. Now consider what the healthiest person you know might consider a healthy breakfast. Come up with two or three different breakfasts that sound good to you and have healthier ingredients or foods. Even substituting cereal for fruit is a great start. Keep ingredients for those meals on hand so you don’t revert to things like cereal or not eating at all.
