You should set a goal, if you're asking about workout meals, and start from there.
There are a lot of options, whether you want to gain/lose weight, improve your strenght or your endurance, and so on.
Some foods make you feel full more than others, and some need a little bit of help to satisfy your hunger.
Nonetheless, you can try different nutrients and see which one is better for you.
It's not going to be easy, but it's worth it ❤
