Yes. I want to ask fabulous members how your excercise routine? How many days per week is good? And what do you recommend for excercise?

Well, in my opinion, my routine revolves around sports. So, I workout 5 days a week and take breaks on weekends. I do track, which is running or jumping hurdles, Mondays and Wednesdays. While, I walk my neighbors dog for 30 minuets a day, at a fast pace. Then when I get back, I do an Ab routine that I make where I basically set a timer for 9 minuets and for the first minuet I do crunches, the second minuet I do crunches but lift my legs up in a pike formation, and the last minuet I do Russian twists. I then repeat those steps three times until the 9 minuet timer is done. But, on rare occasions where I have cheer, I stunt, dance, and tumble Monday through Friday. I hope this helps!!
