Absolutely! If you’re looking for a solid breakfast beyond eggs and bread, consider options like Greek yogurt topped with fruits and nuts, oatmeal with seeds and berries, or smoothies packed with spinach, banana, and protein. You can also try chia seed pudding or quinoa bowls with vegetables and avocado. These alternatives can help you create meaningful daily rituals that support lasting healthy habits while keeping your breakfast exciting!

I tend to get into one type of breakfast food that’s quick to make and switch up what I have with it. Oatmeal is a good example I sort of have that as the repeated food but add something with it like fruit or walnuts. Or change the flavor of the oatmeal. Maybe cooking the eggs in a few different ways? Scrambled with something you like, peppers, mushrooms or a meat. Then over easy with a side you like, fruit or cottage cheese.

You could have overnight oats, yogurt and granola, avocado toast ( you said you’re tired of eggs and not a fan of bread but you could give it a try.)

Overnight oats perhaps? It’s easy to prepare in the evening and eat the next morning. Just add some nice milk of choice, chia seeds, chocolate and berries for example to make it yummy. And some protein like peanut butter.
