There’s no specific stretches you must do, just do whatever feels best for your body. There’s no right or wrong here. I would advise staying away from anything too painful and not stretching super far if you’re not used to it to avoid causing any injuries. Personally I like doing sun salutations in the morning because it’s a bunch of really easy poses for beginners.
