that is possible, but for me i exercise 4-5 times a week and for sure i need my rest days to recharge, 7 days a week may be on the intense side but 4-5 times works as great and keeps me motivated to keep going.

It depends what you consider “exercise” I personally like to go for a quick walk (literally down the road about 500 meters and back) each morning if it’s not lashing rain. I find it helps lift my mood. I am trying to get better at art and even just seeing the trees outside with the birds and insects inspires me to create. I also dance quite a bit as I walk around the house with my headphones in. Some people seem to think that exercise has to be forced and intentional, for example some people go for hours long walks to get 10000 steps in where as I easily get that just walking around my house each day. In order to continue exercising (or doing anything, really!) each day, you have to enjoy it. Otherwise, you’ll lose motivation. True motivation isn’t found, it’s just natural!

Exerciseing 5 times a week at high to med intensity for 1 hour is enough and let body rest and recover for continous 2 days
