Workouts/excercises when fasting or eating less? Is it reccomended to do excercises when fasting/eating less?

Exercise is good for health. When we eat less it doesn’t necessarily mean that we shouldn’t do exercises because our calories are decreasing rather we should do it so that our health and body can be good and fit. And for fasting my preference is not to do any exercises otherwise it can affect the body.
