I don’t know about the app, but a little prr workout meal is a must for overall performance, you should take a light meal 45 minutes before workout for better energy and overall stamina during workout, as running a car without fuel is impossible,

Maybe it’s because sometimes we forget to eat? Or dont have the time? And after working out, we’re guaranteed to be famished and theres no way of skipping food
