Method of what? I’m guessing you mean meditation, but not sure what you’re asking about. For meditating I like mindfulness because you can do it anywhere and apply it in many different ways to your life. Try googling it, using Headspace app, or checking out the Little Book of Mindfulness to start.
Oh, now that I see my prompt to ask a question I’m guessing you were talking about flossing?? I just use regular string floss, usually the soft/sensitive kind. I hear the little prelaced floss picks are pretty good though. You waste less floss probably and it stays taught and can be maneuvered however you want without shoving your hands in your mouth, so I might get those next.
