Keep your floss in a prominent place where you will see it regularly, check your to-do list routinely throughout the day, then you will be reminded when you see it and when you check your list. If it’s important to you, then you’ll remember. If it’s not important to you, then don’t worry about it until it becomes important. Not remembering is different than choosing not to do it because you don’t want to. If that’s the case, remind yourself WHY it’s important when you are feeling resistant or just force yourself to do it even if you don’t feel like it.
