I like to use FitOn for workouts and meditations. The workouts are short- 5-20 minutes, and easy to fit into a busy day, with great instructors. Plus, there’s a free version! But it’s well worth purchasing. Also, Yoga with Adrienne on YouTube is fantastic!

At the moment, I just keep track of the exercises I do throughout the day. In the mornings, it might be a short run, push-ups, or something else that’s relatively simple.
