I can’t exercise in the morning specifically for my POTS symptoms, so i try and eat soon after waking up to minimize my tummy ache before i have to leave for work!

I eat breakfast after I exercise on weekdays because I workout first and don’t have enough time to eat before I workout(I get busy working).On weekends I eat before I workout because I have enough time to let my food digest. Hope this helps. I’m not good at explanations.
