I feel the best time of day to stretch is dawn. There are lots of stretches that can be done from bed, preparation for a busy day.

– morning (to activate blood circulation)
– evening (the body has a higher temperature and there is a lower risk of muscle tears, in addition to the fact that it allows you to release the tension accumulated during the day)

I say that the best time of day to stretch would be afternoon or evening so you are more relaxed and calm so then when you want to fall asleep you can fall asleep easier

I think it’s important to stretch in the morning and before bed and if you’ve been sitting all day, stretched during lunch too

The best time of day to stretch is immediately after you wake up, after long periods of time sitting down, and a gentle stretch before bed.

I usually stretch multiple times a day for the best results of better flexibility and less soreness. I prefer to stretch in the night time before bed because it helps me sleep and after a long day it feel really good.
