When I don’t have enough time to do exercises what can I do then?
When time is tight, consider incorporating short, effective workouts into your day. Even 10-15 minutes of high-intensity exercises can be beneficial. You can also break your routine into smaller segments throughout the day, like a quick walk during a break or stretching while watching TV. Prioritize consistency over duration; creating meaningful daily rituals around these short sessions can help you develop lasting exercise habits. Remember, every bit of movement counts towards your fitness goals!
Ive never had an experience like this, but my advice is to try to walk as much as you can where ever you are. If you never have time to do any workout routines, do 5 push ups every time you leave your room. Do small activities like this throughout the day to make up for the lack of time.
