What’s your take on intermittent fasting?

I’ve heard about having multiple benefits for our health, but I never try it. I understand that the way we break fasting is very important, and I’m not sure how to do it or even if I can do it. Normally after a few hours without eating I start feeling very weak.

Intermittent fasting can be useful if you struggle with calorie intake- it creates a hard+fast rule as to when you can and can’t eat. It’s not a magic bullet – you could still eat a big Mac meal, icecream and sugary coffee and eat more calories than you require in a day.
If you use IF as a reason to be intentional about your eating, it’s a good idea 🙂
