I would do with a over night oat meal. Put it in a jar, then before u go it put some berries in it and then u can go and begin ur day.
I have breakfast at home or at office. At home, it is bread and omlette, but it is difficult to prepare it during weekdays, so I tend to have it during weekends (weekdays is milk and cornflakes). At office, l have the options of idli or omlette.
Egg salad: bowl + arugula or other greens + balsamic vinegar + 2 eggs cooked so white is cooked and yolk is runny + blue cheese
Fruits such as a banana or an apple. Some people can’t handle eating that kind of food for breakfast because it makes them sick. For that, u would recommend toast or something dry.
Toast and cheese with some pepper fruit and/shrooms. A banana or two along with some complementary grain would also be great. Smoothies are divine breakfast
I’ve done bananas and peanut butter on toast, an Apple and some sausage, and yogurt and granola. All hit your sweet tooth while giving you a kick for the day!
Every Sunday I boil eggs. Then every night I peel 2 eggs and put them in a glass container. I also prepare some fruit and/or veggie sticks. The next morning they are ready at a moment’s notice.
Egg muffins with some vegetables in them wrapped in bacon or mini muffins made with protein powder and other ingredients.
For me fast is grabbing a protein bar, the kind I find at local Costco. If I have some time, then I prefer boiled eggs or a fried egg. The other option is raisin Bran with lots of nuts and a banana in cold milk.
Most mornings I use my sandwich maker at least to cook an egg or two, if not a sandwich. It takes 5 minutes and I can crack the egg into it and walk away. I eat some fruit or veggies with it on my commute to work.
