What’s your go-to balanced breakfast?

a balanced meal for me would probably be a Avocado toast with eggs at the side it’s a good sense of protein and quite delicious

Currently it's either a bowl of low fat greek yoghurt with muesli and some psyllium for extra fiber. Today it was a simple slice of whole grain sesame bread with margarine and chicken.

Fullcorn cereal with a berry mix bought from store and two sandviches/4 Digestive crackers. Or i make omelette with 3 or 4 eggs with vegetables and meat for sandviches in it.
