What’s your favourite stretch to do?

Stretch your arms above your head. Pull your upper body up. And stretch upwards as much a possible. Then slowly stretch your body towards the left upper side. Similarly towards the other side. One side of your torso is stretched each time. This stretch although a bit painful at first quickly relieves you of all tensions in your upper body and leaves you feeling rejuvenated and ready to tackle to day. I generally do this stretch first thing in the morning. You can also do this at the end of the day when you want to unwind.
