I love to experiment with overnight oats. Right now my favourite is with non fat Greek yoghurt, milk, banana, cinnamon, and just a touch of honey.

Oatmeal with almond or coconut milk, flax seeds, hemp seeds, almonds, banana and/or blueberries. Sometimes I add a bit of dark chocolate to the toppings.

I like making over night oats! You can add in basically anything you want. My favorites are apples and cinnamon or bananas and peanut butter. Just mix everything up the night before, leave in the fridge and ready in morning!
