My favorite go to meal right now would be kimchi soup and rice, that I’ve cooked in rice cooker. Kimchi soup and rice are both easy to prepare, they have many servings, last long and most importantly, it’s delicious and especially great during cold winter. You can adjust the seasoning to your taste. I’ve used a recipe that ChatGPT has created but there are great recipes online.

Grapes are the best snack. To eat as a meal I love stir fries. I can put any vegetables I want in the pan and add some cous cous/rice/quinoa (whatever I have) and then you can have so many different flavours depending on the sauce I decide to add (depending on my mood hahaha. Soy sauce, honey, peanut butter, cummin….). For proteins I would add some chicken or eggs or kidney beans… depends on the time and what i have
