To consider it a Me Time. This will make you enjoy making and eating breakfast. It can be a time for you to start the day with peaceful moments of simple self-care. Of course, it won’t be easy to do it everyday because maybe you’re late or because maybe you eat your breakfast while working. But seeing it as a Me Time definitely can make a difference.
