What’s your best breakfast for feeling full for a long time, but not bloated or overstuffed?

My go-to is oatmeal. A nice bowl of whole oats with cinnamon, cardamom, honey, and walnuts. A bit of brown sugar too if I’m craving extra sweetness. I do half a cup of oats, top it with the spices, brown sugar and a little salt, add about a cup or less of water, microwave that for two minutes, stir it up with some honey, then sprinkle some chopped walnuts on top. A quick and easy filling breakfast full of fiber <3
