My favourite quick breakfast is a protein smoothie bowl. The smoothie blended with berries, and very thick. Over a combination a of bran flakes (fibre) & rice puffs (for texture), with coconut, chia or other toppings to add flavour & nutrition.

Yogurt!! Sometimes it takes a bit to make depending what I add but yogurt is a great source of probiotics and adding something like oats, cereals, or fruits can give you a lot of energy to start your day! You can even add protein powders too if you need something extra. Put in a little container, grab a spoon and you’re good to go! You can even prepare the night before:)
