I need ingredients that are easy to assemble. I don’t like cooking in the morning, so in a bowl I have Greek yogurt, fruit — bananas, blueberries, strawberries — seeds — chia, pumpkin, sunflower — coconut flakes, and honey. Or a bowl of bran flakes with milk. On weekends my parents cook breakfast which is bacon, eggs, toast, sometimes with fried mushrooms, tomatoes, and fried bananas.
