What’s the quickest and easiest to prepare a healthy breakfast for you?

I need ingredients that are easy to assemble.

I don’t like cooking in the morning, so in a bowl I have Greek yogurt, fruit — bananas, blueberries, strawberries — seeds — chia, pumpkin, sunflower — coconut flakes, and honey.

Or a bowl of bran flakes with milk.

On weekends my parents cook breakfast which is bacon, eggs, toast, sometimes with fried mushrooms, tomatoes, and fried bananas.

I don’t really cook a lot of dishes but I think the quickest and easiest is noodles but with some vegetables and other proteins
