I always try to drink tea that has camomile and/or lavender in it. It became a ritual for me right after I started struggling with anxiety disorder. The only time i felt safe and calm was when i had my tea in the evening in front of the television, watching Friends.
Now i dont experience anxiety as much, but still, it makes me feel safe ♡
