Well I think it depends on what your day looks like. For me if I want to feel clear minded I’ll have fruit that is easy to digest. You can have a fruit salad or or arrange a few around in a circle. How you present your food actually goes a long way. Make your breakfast beautiful and you may enjoy your first meal with a twinkle in your eye to start the day. If I know that the day will be active I eat a protein heavy type of breakfast. Eggs with a side of French lentils and stewed tomatoes- chunky cut, warmed with a little olive oil, course or flow salt and pepper.
