Find what motivates you! I know that for me, being ready before the kids wake up makes our entire day go better. I have coffee prepped the night before, so it's easy to hit start when I wake up. I have my morning scheduled out so I can ready for the day, get a couple things done, and have a few minutes to sit and enjoy the quiet with my coffee. ❤️

My best method is to put my alarm away from my bed such that I have to get up to turn it off. That plus keeping a consistent sleep schedule makes it easier to wake up and get out of bed.

Swing your feet over the bed and drink the water and think how good it will feel to be awake and ready for the day. I also look forward to breakfast

Put your alarm somewhere that you have to get up to turn it off. That way you have to get up and walk at least a short distance, and then if you get back in bed it's a decision.
