I like having yogurt for breakfast for something quick I can just grab and go. If you have a bit more time, eggs or a breakfast sandwich are great options!
My idea of a healthy energetic breakfast is something that has protein and will keep you sustained until lunch, I personally think eggs are a great choice, a good omelet or some scrambled eggs will keep you energized and full and it's full of protein. Another good choice is a parfait, I live for Greek yogurt parfaits with berries, nuts, and granola! If you want a quick on the go option I would recommend "stuffed apples" It's sliced apples with peanut butter, almonds, berries and honey on top, you can even add chocolate chips if you like!
