The sites "GialloZafferano" and "Cucchiaio" as in Cucchiaio d'Argento provide the best Italian recipes, try it out! If you search for an app, i suggest "Bring!". It functions as a grocery list, but has a section with recipes in constant updates! And if you want to save your recipe for later, you can use "Cookmate". It allows you to write your recipes or to save them from the share button. I hope this helps!
