I’m doing low carbs and no sugar (keto) and find it hard to do a fast breakfast in the morning (I’m hardly a morning person). Any suggestions on what to try? I already do a spoonful of peanut butter sometimes, but I need more! FYI I can’t do any fruit other than berries too.

I have no idea cause I’ve never done a keto diet before but maybe looking on googling for some nice recipes you can prepare the night before can help
