What are some quick and easy low-carb breakfasts you make, other than eggs and smoothies?

I don't make low carb breakfasts. I need carbs to help fuel me and keep me full. I like ezekiel bread as a healthy option.

Oatmeal. Oatmeal is super easy, quick, filling and healthy.
Ready made muffins. Just pop into the oven and boom, warm breakfast with some fruit and yogurt.
Even pancakes, with an almond flour or buckwheat flour.

I eat banana and milk if I don't have much time or I just eat an apple , it help's you to stay energetic for a long time.
