I am okay on weekdays when my schedule is tight and I have a routine. But on weekends, I get off-track. I really don’t want to follow my workday morning routine all week. What do you do on weekends to stay motivated and keep to the behaviors without the rigid schedule?

I try to set a flexible schedule which allows me to choose an activity to do in a period of time, and not force myself. If i have options for what i can and want to do in a period of time, i can stay motivated and finish all thats needed

I feel extremely heartbroken and tierd. Because I gone ill not so long ago and it has been death here so it's absolutley saddness and sorrow now. Fabulous bur I'am fine and doing my weekday good. Fabulous
