Depende on where you live and what's accessible to you. But eggs, fruits, beans and any other food with high protein will make your day full of energy

breakfast is the most essential thing n u better make it healthy as it will decide ur energy for the day.. instead of having the same thing everyday u can try different things everyday but in a healthier opt.. such as boiled eggs and some refreshing fruit juice, or a fruit bowl and milk, or cerals/muesli/oats, or if u eat non-veg u can consider some light bacon or something like that, or even toasts with fruit jams, milkshakes are also a good healthy opt! u can eat different things everyday so u don't get bored of the same thing day n again
