Yogurt with granola and freeze dried strawberries takes no effort at all. Or a smoothie. You can even put the fruit in pre-portioned bags the night before to make it quick and easy

So my breakfast consists in a protein shake. It contains 2 spoons of extra virgin oil, dymatize protein, banana, 2 scoops of peanut butter, 100g of oats and 2% whole milk…
