What’s the healthiest breakfast?

Hunter G.
A healthy breakfast is having nutrition like fruit and veggies or something that will fill you up and get you through the day until lunch
Rachel Q.
Something that gives you energy throughout the day, but also something you actually enjoy eating! Why would you make a habit of having breakfast if you weren't looking forward to eating it?

I dont really know how to answer this cuz am just a 14 year old teen but my mom always makes eggs in breakfast n says its very healthy
Mareen X.
Hey fellow friend! I think the healthiest breakfast is overnight oats or peanut butter and banana on toast! Good luck with your journey

Probably fruit or some toast with butter or eggs. I don't like eggs but I can have sausages as a source of protein instead.

A breakfast that supports the day that lies ahead of you. It should make you feel energized and satisfied. Ready to tackle the day.

The very healthiest I would never make as I would hate it and I would never have the time or ingredients to make it but perhaps a musli with dried fruit and yoghurt and bananas on top. Now have some fruit juice or water. Also listen to bts because that makes your breakfast two times healthier

A healthy breakfast begins with hydration. Drinking a tall glass of water refreshes the body and mind from the groggy clutches of sleep. Looking out to the day, events, commitments, work, and planning all require a strong foundation of fuel and energy. This can be achieved with protein, grains, and healthy fats. My secret recipe, you ask? A fried egg on top of avocado toast.

A green smoothie I make. 2 heads romaine lettuce, 1 apple, 1 avo, 1 lemon, 1 pear, 2 celery stalks, 2 handfuls spinach, 1 cup coconut water, frozen banana, green protein powder, 1 TBS ground flaxseed. 🙂

There's no such thing as the "healthiest breakfast". A healthy breakfast gives you energy, nutrients and fibre. I tend to go with oatmeal loaded with fruits, berries, peanut butter, and seeds- but it's up to personal preference. Try to hit all the major food groups (carbs, proteins, fats, etc.) and pick a food that works for you.
Hemit Rio Q.
I believe that the healthiest breakfast is the one with the most food groups. Eggs for protein, toast for grains, fresh fruit and milk for the fruit and dairy portions, and avocado, if youd like, for some vegetables.
Fran O.
I don't think there is one "the healthiest breakfast". First you shoud listen to your body, eat enough so it won't affect your body. My healthy breakfasts are yoghurt, cereal, fruit and thee or toast with advocate or banana.

Foodd the keeps you full, energised and ready to start the day. Go for foods with protein, but also add foods with minerals, vitamins, antioxidants, and anti inflammatories
Audrey W.
Foods with a low GI e.g. bananas or yogurt. They keep you full for longer.
Fruits because they're very nutrious and not processed.
A bit of protein such as eggs or ham.
Keep it low-carbohydrate.

My fav is a protein yoghurt with sprinkle of granola and some berries…. It has everything ☺ yummy healthy and keeps you full
Emmanuel Q.
I don't personally like eating breakfast because it makes me sick but I do try to eat like a little snack or some type of sandwich but instead of bread because I'm trying out the keto diet I use lettuce and surprisingly I actually like the lettuce more that bread but it's not because it's healthy it's more like I really love how crunchy it is. 😂
Cynthia N.
The healthiest breakfast in my opinion, is something like some fruit with yoghurt and a slice of bread. I think it’s the healthiest because it has fruit which provides vitamins, yoghurt (preferably low sugar) has protein and bread (preferably low GI) for the carbs which provide energy.
Matt V.
I usually have a protein smoothie so I can get 3 servings of fruit for the day. Since I try to workout every morning and work an active job the protein helps. Plus, fruit is a carb so it hits all the necessary categories for me.
Kate Q.
I prefer to have either fruits or veggies with a bit of carbs like toast or porridge. I prefer to have more fruit or veg than anything else, and sometimes I’ll have protein like an egg or some bacon. But fruits and vegetables are always a good breakfast
