overnight oats!!! recipes which you can prepare the night before or require little time are super easy. fortified cereals such as cheerios or weet-bix are a great idea because it gives you iron and all you need is a bowl, spoon and your choice of milk. a smoothie is great too because you can add protein powder and use up any fruits and vegetables. hope this helps 🙂

I have been eating oatmeal, friuts with a little bit of chia seed on the top. For the drink i drink coffee usually tea. And also often i eat toast, egg, avacado with dash of chia seed. Now i always eat a bit of chia seed with my breakfast :)) <3
