What do you think about white bread for breakfast?

I gave up eating white bread years ago when I discovered that white bread can sit in your stomach for a long time being slowly digested, so I went over to brown seeded bread instead and I don’t eat it everyday.

I think the colour of bread is unimportant personally, I think eating a meal in the morning is a feat in itself but the carbohydrates in the bread makes for a great source of quick energy, try pairing it with a good protein like egg or even a simple protein shake!

I think that white bread for breakfast is okay if someone is in a rush but I know there are healthier options such as a bagel or wheat bread.
