I try to always keep something else that’s quick but satisfying on hand. Bananas, granola bars, and yogurt are all great options to keep on hand just in case something happens. Also talk with them and explain why you need it in the morning and how it affects you when they do that

You can make some more if you still have the ingredients.. or just make some light breakfast with what you have (and tell your partner that it is yours, and that if he wants some you can share with him, or make one together, not stealing like that)
