What’s the best way to have consistent energy throughout a school day? Keep in mind that I eat on my way or during school, and that I have to make it work for 5 hours.

I have my breakfast before going to school and take some in during school
After coming back and refresh
Then lunch last 30 minutes of nap and yoga next writing in left hand and somemore

Take a snack in between your schools hours, take a 15 minutes break, be mindful for a few minutes taking deep breathing and visualize how to apply what you are learning.
